Qantas announces online influencer, Nicole Warne as Digital Consultant

Qantas has teamed up with one of Australia’s most influential online personalities, Nicole Warne (aka Gary Pepper Girl) to become the airline’s official Digital Consultant.

Nicole is highly regarded in the fields of fashion, digital, social media, and e-commerce, collaborating with brands as a creative director, social media and brand consultant, ambassador, model and stylist. Owning a successful company by the age of 20, she counts premium brands Net-A-Porter, Dior, Valentino and the L’Oreal Group among her list of clients and has been featured in prestigious international publications such as Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, and most recently appeared on the cover of Elle Magazine and Net-a-Porter’s, The Edit.

Nicole will work with Qantas on a number of projects providing her creative and strategic expertise in the digital space. The first will see her direct a series of international destination video guides for Qantas’ inflight entertainment, Travel Insider, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter channels.

Nicole will create and feature in the first guide to Tokyo. She will also create the guides to New York hosted by artist CJ Hendry, San Francisco hosted by Hugo and Jimmy from Flight Facilities, London hosted by models and media personalities Jordan and Zac Stenmark, and Santiago featuring YouTuber Chloe Morello.

Qantas Group Executive Brand, Marketing & Corporate Affairs Olivia Wirth, said it was important for Qantas to be an innovator in the digital space and find ways to engage with new online audiences.

Nicole Warne said she was excited to provide strategic advice in the digital space for Qantas and work with them in a creative capacity.

I’m thrilled to be working with our national carrier to bring to life the sights and sounds of the amazing cities that Qantas travels to and inspire people to experience their travel dreams,” said Ms Warne.
