“We want to encourage members to stay active in the program and that’s why we offer so many easy ways to earn points every day from buying wine or a burger, to paying an energy bill or going to the movies.
“For non-active members who haven’t earned or used their Qantas Points in 18 months, we give them 60 days’ notice before their points expire through their monthly newsletter eDM and online statement activity. The monthly newsletter eDM also includes ideas on how to earn and use points to keep active in the program.”
